Freddie Mac Prices Multifamily Floating Rate K-Deal, K-F08

MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - Jun 12, 2015) - Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates), backed exclusively by floating rate multifamily mortgages with five- and seven-year terms. The approximately $1.4 billion in K Certificates (K-F08 Certificates) are expected to settle on or about June 25, 2015. This is the company's eleventh K Certificates offering this year.

The K-F08 Certificates will not be rated, and include one senior principal and interest class and one interest only class. The K-F08 Certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2015-KF08 Mortgage Trust (K-F08 Trust) and guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The K-F08 Trust will also issue certificates consisting of the Class B, C, X2 and R Certificates, which will be subordinate to the classes backing the K-F08 Certificates. The K-F08 Trust Class B, C, and R Certificates will not be guaranteed by Freddie Mac.
